I'm in love...

with two stamp sets from the new catalog! I have been in my stamp cave again.  Now that I have passed the real estate exam in Colorado and signed on with Coldwell Banker Residential I am less stressed out and can get back into my creative groove.  These are my designs and I am very excited about the way they turned out so much that I was going to send them into Stampin Up but... its pass the deadline to submit artwork for convention boards.

If you want a new catalog please let me know I will get one out to you asap.  Ordering begins June 2nd.  Right around the corner.
